      Most Boring, repetitive job no opportunity to learn or develop. Boring and unstable industry, very bad exit opportunities for career long term Very bad Micromanagement , would track what time you get in and lunch breaks to the minute Not a nice work environment, not very friendly or social

      Pay, work is interesting, good culture

      Cons

      Senior management is intense about initiatives that are peripheral to success, which diminishes morale. Sense that they are out of ideas to improve the business meaningfully, or never really had any to begin with.
