Great company to work for. The boss really cares for his staff members and makes sure, we all succeed. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and run your own desk, without being micromanaged. As long as you are hard working and are determined, you will make money here. Do not really have any. ..The only issue is you have to be self driven and willing to work hard. If you are not a hard worker and determined, you will not make money.
