Incredibly easy to get a job at Lexon.
Cons
Pretty much the entire company counts as a "con".
Poor health and safety, in the warehouse there was no room for advancement as the supervisors are in a clique, and if the supervisors knew what their job was then they hid it behind favouritism or an unwillingness to act. For example, I was repeatedly told I was doing well and even that they wished they had more workers like me, but only after I left did I find out that I was making a huge number of mistakes.
If they had done their job and told me, I could and would have done better, but instead I got complacent from their praise.
Really can't say enough how bad the place was and as I have friends still working there, I get to watch how much worse they keep getting.
