Pros

Decent benefits; friendly and caring staff; flexible with time off.

Cons

Has no program to reward loyalty nor assist in career advancement or development. Treated like a widget. Past performance does not assist in getting better assignments due to whims of law firm clients because of downward pressure within legal practice.

Pros

This company is more personable than a lot of other legal services agencies that recruit contract attorneys for document review. I really appreciate how kind and considerate the staff is and how they run their business.

Cons

No specific cons that are different from all other legal services agencies. Unpredictable hours and nonexistent upward mobility is just a part of the market.

Pros

I have been a Contract Attorney for a long time; this is my favorite agency for which to work. They treat me like a human being and a lawyer rather than as an interchangeable widget or a necessary evil. They are a smaller agency so they tend to get the more interesting/challenging projects, which I think is good. They also tend to have better Contract Attorneys working for them.

Cons

They are a smaller contracting agency and cannot always keep me busy. As a result, I some times have to work for other agencies. It is too bad that more law firms do not realize the importance of the quality of Contract Attorney who is reviewing their documents. If they did, they would use Lexolution more often.
