Pros

- Stable company with consistent workload. - Exposure to real-world public safety prod.

Cons

- Leadership culture feels insular, with many leads closely connected, which can limit diverse perspectives - Lack of gender diversity in technical roles; most women are in non-technical positions - Contributors at lower levels often do not receive the recognition or respect they deserve - No clear or transparent path for career growth or escalation - Heavy reliance on contractors, many of whom lack long-term career opportunities within the company - Push to adopt AI across projects without a clearly defined strategy or understanding of its practical use cases

Building an inclusive culture means ensuring contributors have clear growth paths, meaningful recognition, and opportunities to help shape important decisions. We recognize the concerns raised here, particularly around career progression and clarity on how AI is being applied. Work is currently underway to define and document career paths and competencies across all functions at Lexipol, and to bring more practical clarity to our AI strategy. We value diverse perspectives in that process and encourage employees to continue raising ideas and feedback with their leaders. We're proud than half of our technical IT leaders who run departments are female with many serving as mentors to others and leading in various ways across the organization.

Pros

The people you work with are mission driven. Truly helping first responders.

Cons

1. Leadership not tenured long at all. 2. Leadership are not mission driven people at all but claim to be. 3. Lot of leadership turnover. 4. Became very political. 5. Everyone right now is CYA and brown nosing. 6. No job security at all. Will hire and fire without cause. VERY high turnover. 7. Companies reputation is going down. 8. They are eliminating sales people currently, so if you get hired as one, its temporary to build pipeline and close.

Lexipol has experienced significant leadership and organizational change, and we understand that can create uncertainty. Those changes are intended to strengthen the company, and building trust through communication, accountability and consistency remains a key focus for our leadership team. We also want to be clear that employee performance and development are supported through established performance management processes designed to provide coaching, feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
