The worst place to work in Baltimore - Anonymous employee Lexington Management Solutions Employee Review

I have been with the company since the start of November. The owner is very friendly and treats me like family. My coworkers are a really great group of people and have developed friendships with them while learning market management. Work week is on average 43 hours, which makes it really easy to spend time with family and to have free time. I really enjoy coming in every day and especially enjoy my coworkers drive to succeed. The fast track to management program provides an opportunity like other company I have worked for, and there are no dead-end jobs, which in my book is pretty phenomenal.

Glass door won't let me leave this box empty, so I would say that we run out of hazelnut creamer for the Keurig coffee machine too often.

Great work environment. Its a lot of fun and i really love what i do here. Management is very enthusiastic and the one on one training is great! I had no experience in marketing before coming on and that wasnt a problem becauae they train and work with you 100%. I recommend them to anyone looking for a fun job with great long term career opportunities!

I recommend that anyone give this place a shot, even to come in and talk to them. I cant think of any cons other than they ran out of creamer for the coffee.
