Pros

There are no real pros. The only time your skills and contributions will be acknowledged is when you decide to resign. At that point, they may try to convince you to stay—but trust me, don’t fall for it. Don’t look back."

Cons

1. The company lacks professional working conditions and operates with a labor-intensive culture, offering absolutely no work-life balance. If you are a hardworking professional, I strongly advise you to stay away. Hardworking employees are treated like laborers, with the sole aim of extracting maximum work from them, while long-time employees who contribute less enjoy all the privileges. 2. The workplace environment is terrible—limited washrooms with long queues, no proper working atmosphere, and clear favoritism. There is no cafeteria or microwave for general employees; such facilities are reserved only for higher management. Management lacks proper leadership skills yet continues to praise itself. 3. This company prioritizes clients over employees, forcing staff to work even on Saturdays or Sundays without consideration for their well-being. This is why I say—there is absolutely no work-life balance here.

Pros

Flexible timing, Work from home and good leaves policies.

Cons

My experience at LexOrbis was disappointing due to a combination of poor management practices and an unhealthy work culture. There is an extreme level of micromanagement at multiple levels of the hierarchy, leaving little room for professional autonomy or independent decision-making. Training and mentorship for junior professionals are inadequate, yet expectations remain consistently high. Instead of fostering learning and development, the environment often feels focused on monitoring output rather than building skills. As a result, growth opportunities can be limited, particularly for those looking to develop analytical, drafting, and strategic legal abilities. The office culture can be difficult to navigate, with shouting, public criticism, and personal remarks often being normalized. Professional disagreements are not always handled constructively, which contributes to a stressful work environment. Work allocation appears uneven, creating situations where some employees are consistently overloaded while others receive significantly lighter workloads. There is also a perception that certain individuals are shielded from accountability, which can negatively affect team morale. Salary credits are often delayed, adding to employee frustration. Additionally, much of the work is highly standardized and template-driven, limiting opportunities for creativity, ownership, and meaningful professional development. Overall, while the firm may provide exposure to a structured IP practice, the combination of micromanagement, limited mentorship, workplace culture concerns, and restricted growth opportunities makes it a challenging environment for many young professionals.
