Pros
The leadership team are incredibly supportive, they are never too busy to assist you, regardless of the matter. It is a company that has clear routes of progression with many examples of staff members joining as trainees, qualifying, becoming client relationship managers and moving on to managerial and associate director roles within the firm. The biggest 'pro' is the training provided by the firm. Employee's are given significant exposure to all areas of accounting, tax and audit but also given the opportunity to focus in specific areas, if desired. The varied exposure not only supports employee development and the ability to gain relevant qualifications but increases the opportunities for career progression, post qualification. The training and support does not stop post qualification, the firm are always happy to support further study and provide resources for ongoing CPD.
Cons
Parking at the Chichester office is sometimes difficult due to a restriction on the number of cars able to park in the onsite car park. The company, however, does have an overflow car park close to the office. Sometimes there is a reluctance to come to the Chichester office if you are unable to park in the onsite car park.
