Horrible Management - Anonymous employee Lewis Automotive Employee Review

This place is a nightmare. Almost 40 employees have come and gone in the last 1.5 years. Numerous employees complain of being cheated out of pay with some having documentation to prove it! Salary employees are filled with empty promises that never develope. Some salary positions pay has been cut in half of what it was previously and are now considerably lower than industry average. Many employees have gone to HR to complain of unfair wage manipulation and unethical treatment only to have nothing change. In January, employees at a meeting were told how great of a job they have all done and were promised a steak dinner which six months later had never happened. The company has changed metal recyclers and requested cash payments instead of checks why, isn't that hard to account for that way? Somehow owners overlook these things as long as profit's are up from these dishonest unethical profit driven practices.
