      Pros

      The opportunity to build resume and get a better gig elsewhere. Fast cash but not enough for NYC life. The arena does offer us free tickets at times.

      Cons

      Employee appreciation sounds great but actual follow through better. They need to proactively do more for their workers. Supervisors get burned out quickly.
