Pros
Came in at an entry level position at a entry level pay. Moved up from doing prep to running the hot line. Sous Chefs were good people and everyone got along.
Cons
cut hours some weeks as to avoid over time. Tried to move from back of the house to role in the business side of the organization and never was really given the chance to do so.
