Pros
The training is very thorough; by the time you are working on your own, you know a lot and can present yourself very professionally. Your customers would never guess you were new. Since there are so many other servers, its extremely easy to get your shifts covered if you need time off. Because Levy restaurants are usually very popular, you can depend on a decent income, without slumps. The employees all tend to be intelligent and social, making them interesting and fun to work with.
Cons
Levy is very loyal to his management team, so when a manager is stupid or a jerk, you are out of luck. They never get fired. They are very team oriented with each other, so you could be really great friends with a couple of them, and if a manager decides he/she doesn't like you...they ALL get weird and turn on you. Even the ones that were your "friends" get stone faced and will not come to your rescue.
