Pros
Vacation, insurance is not cheap, but not expensive. Like to run promotions and stuff for team members, but not that great
Cons
Many, many bosses. Corporate ladder is long, and likes to intrude on day to day operations. Can't say no to venue/client, which tend to put team members in awkward position. Full-time hourly positions always fall through the cracks. Don't get paid as much as part time, but don't get nearly as many benefits as salaried employees get
