Pros
Great company to work for. Good benefits, they show that they appreciate their employees. Good hours too. Not many companies left where you can work 9-5. Most are now 8-6
Cons
Some managers tend to block creative ideas. But I found that if you just do what they ask and then give them a more creative option as well, they are more likely to consider both options. I've also heard rumors that since Mr. Leviton passed away, the company is not as great as it used to be. But I don't know for sure since I'm no longer there.
