      Pros

      Excellent work environment. Plenty of opportunities for problem solving. More than enough technical expertise among management when your own ingenuity is insufficient. Management is also focused on making sure that employees have enough time for their families.

      Cons

      No cons, apart from occasionally working over the weekend (due to migrations needing to occur when companies are not working on their files).

      Pros

      Your time spent @ Levitek will teach you things two to five times faster than a corporate position where individuals have very specific job descriptions that limit their duties. Role keeps evolving as you get challenged with innovative tasks. Passionate colleagues guide and inspire you to get better and excel. Flex schedules, lots of responsibility, and tons of opportunities for advancement. Efforts and working weekends are acknowledged and well rewarded through bonuses and time-offs as needed.

      None at this point. Issues are addressed as soon as it becomes noticeable.
