Horrible!! - Manager Levi Strauss Employee Review

Was hired as an assistant manager for the store however there was no store manager. I was running an entire store on my own without proper compensation. This led to mental health issues due to stress. Sick leave was questioned by the district manager and was treated horribly for speaking up about problems. No support from head office and constant issues needing to be fixed. I dreaded going to work everyday due to how I was treated by upper management. Ridiculous amount of manager meetings per week which would take 2+ hours out of the day whilst still expected to get everything else done.
