Pros
Leadership regularly launches interesting projects, transformations, changes, and strategic initiatives. Lots of opportunity to get involved in those things if you like driving for something new and different. This is for the HQ location in San Francisco
Cons
Very few of the projects achieve the intended results, and management seems to conveniently forget that a similar thing(s) was/were attempted in the non-too-distant past. Instead it is championed as the 'newest' insight that will now be the path back to growth. An exhausting place to work for project-driven folks. And the smart ones see through the spin.
