Pros
As someone else said, the people in the lobby are very nice and cheerful - always. The location is downtown with at least a few quick service restaurants across the street that you can get to easily if you're bring your own lunch.
Cons
I cannot speak for the entire agency only my own experience which I understand was not unique to me. The account leadership that I was involved with seems unable and unprepared to work with new people. Despite being hired in a leadership role, I was kept out of all meetings and had no idea what was going on from the moment I got there until I left - despite really trying to integrate myself into the team.
This agency has a terrible benefits package which they manage to keep secret until you come on board. They say something like "your normal, health, vision, dental, life, etc" but then once you're there you discover the cost and deductibles - it was almost like not having health insurance. What's more, the vision and dental don't kick in for something like six months. You will pay for your own parking while all other agencies provide parking as part of their benefits package.
