It's a close team and we work together on pretty much everything. As a smaller company, you have the ability to make an immediate impact on how the company operates and its overall success no matter what your role is. It's pretty exciting stuff. There are also plenty of company wide happy hours to participate in.

It's not really a con, but be prepared to wear more hats than what you're used to. But, that just adds more skills to grow your career. If you care about growing a skillset and have passion around the business, the leadership team will usually help you move in the right direction.
