      Ashia and Teddy are wonderful individuals to work for. They truly care about their employees and really make the workplace a comfortable and professional atmosphere.

      Cons

      Stop bringing in doughnuts for the staff! I am on a diet :)

      Pros

      A growing private practice that uses innovative methods to encourage therapy best practices. An open door policy is obvious and every effort is made to uphold work/life balance.

      Cons

      It is a new practice (less than 10 years old), so there are a few kinks to work out in regards to training and orientation. There are organizational matters that once perfected, will help the company run as a well oiled machine.
