Pros
The workplace is flexible, positive, and overall a really supportive community, Workload was reasonable and coworkers were positive and passionate.
Cons
Unfortunately, the healthcare benefits just weren't enough. Mental healthcare coverage especially is very low compared to other plans, which is surprising for an organization that is otherwise very considerate of health challenges.
