Poor management, no local authority, definite and deliberate lack of decision processes, no meaningful preventative maintenance on the buildings, company does not pay bonuses promptly and refuses to communicate payment dates, all paper driven forms, 1/2 of my weeks is filling out paperwork - nothing automated to allow councellors to spend more time with prospects and residents.

Uniform once a year (200$) allocation Good part time job for students

Salary is not competitive at all. Loi 90 on top of it with no bonus or recognition
