1. open work culture 2. team members are good and friendly 3. infrastructure is ok, although its a house converted to office
Cons
1. No salaries 2. Management is never on the same page 3. They play with the talent and capabilities of their employees 4. Treat employees very bad with all their sarcastic comments 5. MD and CEO are both in different directions with no vision and mission 6. They dont pay salaries for 2-3 months and are not ashamed of it at all. 7. They expect you to work 11-12 hours and do multi tasking multi department work
