Pay isn't great and often pay less then other companies. Management is either too busy or never reply to you. Just got to get lucky with who you work under. A lot of the teams are like that were it's very much luck based with limited options. They don't really train you and again is up to your team. They don't reward you for working hard unless you again get lucky.
