Pros
An incredible industry with so much potential.
Cons
It all starts at the head. The CEO at Leon Cycle, to put in kinder terms, is unprofessional in every aspect. There is no level of management at all. Every decision needs to go through the CEO and his decisions change literally from day to day. He makes downgrading remarks to his employees basically saying why they don't deserve a higher salary and why they can't afford to buy their own house. He is small-minded and jealous of even the success of his own employees. As one would expect, the turnover rate at this company is extremely high with basically no handover process. An employee that stays here past 3 months is basically a veteran at the company. Leon Cycle had all the potential in the world. At its peak, we built an incredible team of talented and hard-working individuals who were all passionate about the future for e-bikes. We were headquartered in Shanghai and reported directly to the CEO. In the span of about half a year, almost the entire team either resigned or were fired by him as he exploited the 6-month probation period. Strictly speaking objectively, if you're looking for a place to damage your own career path and waste time, this is the perfect place.
