Pros
- Not many to speak of to be honest. The pay was fair but and the benefits were mediocre.
- Lots of opportunities for minorities in plant operations, very few in office area.
Cons
- Uxbridge is in the middle of nowhere so you need to bring lunch
- Executive team was dysfunctional and offered little leadership
- Hard work is not recognized
- Subservient to German headquarters
- Can't compete due to poor business development leadership, incapable sales team, and inability to deliver automation products from Europe in timely fashion.
