      Opportunity to grow in the company.

      Cons

      You have to be willing to work a retail type sched. This is not a Monday thru Friday type job with all weekends off.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
