      Love my direct leader and having the ability to lead the store without being micromanaged. Love working with people and helping them see!

      Schedule and working way too many weekends, constant changes from corporate and a one size fits all approach

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
