Pros
The company will contribute towards becoming a licensed optician. You get most major holidays (all though not always on that day due to retail hours), incentives from sales, pto, sick days etc
Cons
-Hours are not stable even for full-time management -Benefits are subpar ( I came out of pocket significantly when I had my child) -Only 6 weeks unpaid maternity leave -Poor communication between employees and hr
