      Very structured. All is paved out how the company expects labs to run.

      Cons

      Company doesn't really care about the troubles gone through to hit goals. Expectations aren't realistic at times.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
