      I do feel as though Lennar offers very competitive pay. Other opportunities at other companies do not make sense for me to move to, since the compensation package at Lennar is so competitive.

      Very, very, very corporate and bottom-line focused.

      you will have a flexible schedule most of the year.

      It is difficult to trust the people you work with, as they are incentivised to get you to sign off on things, whether they are done or not.

      Supportive Management Great Coworkers Solid Benefits Package Career Opportunity

      Cons

      Constant change - good in principal but executed chaotically. Management is Supportive, but true supportive action takes a lot of time and effort to realize. Career opportunities are plentiful but hard to make a reality. Very little backfill for departing associates. Stresses remaining associates.
