I'm glad to know you enjoyed some of our advantages.
You mentionned there is no career development possibilities. Unfortunatelly, it's a reality when we are 120 people in the company. However, we are proud to have some of our manager who were on a operational position before or employees who progressed towards other job positions.
Regarding the "vision", it was a feedback that the employees expressed in the annual Quality Of Worklife survey . We worked on it to give more informations to the employees. It's why, each semester, we have now meetings with Director to explain the projects, the financial situation, etc.
Regarding management subject, I agree, bad management could be frustrating. It's why we spend time to help our managers in their position. In this way, all of them have a training management with a specialized company.
