Pros
Pay is great compared to other finance company's. Benefits are ok, but they do offer quartly bonuses.
Cons
Management isn't great at the Corp Office, they only care about the numbers and money. They watch your every move and being in a call center, everything is recorded. They won't let you give good customer service, they just want you to transfer the customer all around without things getting resolved for the customer, not something I'm ok with.
