Terrible pay, even worse benefits. Upper management that doesn't care at all about your life outside of work. Unrealistic expectations. Shady co workers who will steal your loans to hit their monthly goals. Branch manager who shows extreme favoritism. Lied to about the hours when I first started, to only find out what we worked 2 late nights a week and almost every Saturday, meaning only one actual day off a week. Management that acted like it was literally the end of the world if I got sick and had to take a day off. Oh, and no real room for advancement. CSR-Assistant Manager-Branch Manager. That's pretty much it.
