      Pros

      Aspirational vision and long track record in sustainability leadership. Interesting projects, global footprint and amazing colleagues.

      Cons

      Lots of change over the past few years, downsizing of international business and diversity of overseas projects. As a result, the culture doesn’t seem as strong as it used to be.

      Pros

      Benefits and PTO, wellness days, health incentives and many of the well being benefits were great from what other corporate jobs offered at the time.

      Cons

      Seems like the Americas region is dwindling for pipeline and only a few of the business units were promoting from within … seems like you need an Australian accent to go far
