In my experience, the company operated within a toxic layoff culture that created constant anxiety, where employees often felt insecure about their roles if they were not part of favored groups. The environment was mentally exhausting and highly stressful, with taking time off frequently feeling punitive and a level of micromanagement that felt demeaning to experienced professionals. Although feedback was said to be welcomed, raising concerns was often met with resistance and negative consequences. Despite being presented as a metrics and KPI driven organization, favoritism and personal relationships appeared to influence promotions and opportunity distribution. Leadership frequently shifted direction with initiatives that never fully materialized, and I did not find leadership to be effective or trustworthy, particularly at the middle management level, where many roles seemed filled without the experience needed to support team growth. Ultimately, frontline employees responsible for generating revenue consistently bore the impact of these issues.
