Pros
- Collaborative working environment, if you want to learn at a fast pace, this is the place to do it. - Great team. The people here are all fantastic at their jobs and a great bunch to work and socialise with - New, modern offices. - Good benefits (Life cover, BUPA, nights out etc...) - Fast growing so you can expand your earnings and responsibilities - Approachable and knowledgeable C level team. Happy to share information and talk to you directly. I love it here. I was lucky enough to move into a Fintech organisation from a Martech background. They looked after me through Covid and pressed hard to allow us all to get back to normality while ensuring they had safety at their core.
Cons
I don't know that this is a con, but there are lots of learnings with a growing business and sometimes takes time to implement new ideas. They do listen to those ideas though and take them on board.
