Pros
Management is very transparent and approachable about company directives, and lines of communication were open between analysts and management. Relatively small office with a tight-knit workforce made for a great learning opportunity as everybody made themselves available to the rest of the team (again, including the execs).
Cons
Interns were sometimes given unclear or indeterminate projects by management and consequently would have to reach out to the regular analysts for direction or work with real value add. Still they were happy to help, and if you continually reached out to the execs they would find something else for you.
