-Socializing with co-workers is prohibited -Need management approval for basic things such as headphones. (proactively asking other departments is frowned upon) -Micromanagement -Management is very confrontational -Culture promotes departmental silos -Management will call you out and confront you on minute details -Management shames you when voicing out concerns. ( I.e They will talk about how good your compensation is when you voice concerns)
