I think you should only consider working there if you have no other option. There are managers who really exploit employees/interns under their responsibility. You are not evaluated there for you performance rather for worshiping the manager's orders. If you do not believe this comment, ask for the turnover inside the company during your interview and you will have an idea. Avoid on top of everything working in the conformity department very toxic manager. When it comes to salary, it is quite low compared to other start-ups.
