**Great Social Amenities: The campus has some really nice social facilities which make everyday work life more enjoyable. **Vacation Days: The vacation policy is quite generous, offering plenty of time off for personal activities and relaxation.

**Favoritism in Promotions: There's a noticeable trend of people being promoted quickly based on personal relationships rather than knowledge or experience. It's more about who you know, and this is even more clear when you see the same few people always having the manager's ear, while others' feedback gets overlooked. **Limited Feedback Perspectives: When it comes to feedback, it feels like the manager only listens to a couple of people. It's frustrating because it doesn't reflect what the whole team thinks. **Bias Against Non-Dutch Employees: If you're non-dutch employee, chances are you're not getting the same opportunities or treatment, which just isn't cool. **Firing People is Kinda Hobby: The way things are managed has led to a lot of people leaving or fired – we're talking more than 10 in just one year in the software development department only. **Need More Supportive Leadership: There's a real need for leaders who actually support and include everyone, especially those from diverse backgrounds. **Pay Could Be Better: The pay here is a bit on the low side, and what's worse is that raises seem to depend on whether you're in the manager's good books or not.
