      Good community, hybrid or fully remote roles, bonuses every year based on sales numbers

      Cons

      "Merit increases" are basically only 2-3% yearly aka not even a cost of living increase. Tenure isn't appreciated which is frustrating

      Very nice company, no overtime, very open about letting you network and experience what different fields do.

      Cons

      Kinda slow at times, you might not always have work to do as an intern.
