      Can work your way up. Great starting pay rate. Everyone works well together and helps each other out. Air conditioning.

      Cons

      Only full-time. There isn't a lot of time for lunch depending on where you work in the factory.

      Very nice company, no overtime, very open about letting you network and experience what different fields do.

      Cons

      Kinda slow at times, you might not always have work to do as an intern.
