Pros
The people. When I worked there, the people are what made Legrand AV what it was. A great work place. Their 401K matching was fantastic too.
Cons
Tons of layoffs. I would have been let go if I had stayed when I did. The new leadership doesn't share the original company vision, which is probably why they hired externally to initiate all those rounds of layoffs. Top leadership also engaged in shady practices beforehand with their Return to Work policy and misled employees by stating they wouldn't face layoffs.
