This place is not for the faint hearted, it will be the single handedly most toxic workplace you will ever encounter in your career, hands down. Do not ignore the negative reviews before accepting a job. You will be bullied, set unrealistic targets, be treated like crap and then fired without any warning. No one makes it out alive. Almost everyone either gets fired or leaves within their first 6 months, no exaggeration. You will work with the nastiest, most narcissistic, psyhopathic CEO in the industry. It will damage your mental health and career. Terrible human being with a complete lack of empathy and management skills Do not be fooled by the friendly HR people that try to sell you this role and sugar coat it, it’s a trap.
