Product OK but certainly not the holy grail the brainwashed senior management / CEO mistakenly believe it is......we actually speak to the clients...... Remote working. errrrrr.....oh the branded hoodies were really decent quality, shame it has LEGL written on it, but you can remove that (trust me)

Where to start........ Culture of fear - hire and fire mentality means everyone just keeps their head down and genuinely doesn't know if today is the day they get "the call" Performance? Irrelevant. I saw genuinely great, experienced sales guys doing an amazing job, then just getting fired. Go figure. People leaving because they have just had enough and want to go before they are pushed out the door. Completely the wrong culture. Middle management just yes men, senior management live in fear of the CEO and just carry out her bidding without question. "Fire them, fire them all......ahaahahahahahah" - yes boss, no problem boss. Then they just get fired themselves. Like a rotating door of management . Someone get a backbone please. I really wish I could recommend working here but honestly, if you have other offers then take them, your mental health / wellbeing will thank you for it.
