I am sorry that your experience working with us did not match up to the values we hold and the company culture we aspire to provide for our employees. These past weeks saw highly challenging market conditions and I would like to personally apologize for the mistakes we made as we navigated these issues. We have learned a lot, in particular about the importance of timely communications and transparency for our employees, and we are working hard to improve our management performance.
