Pros
Nice building, good coffee, lots of potential, generally a good bunch of people until you hit senior management team. Prosperity Index is the shining light but beyond that it's all a bit hollow.
Cons
Strategy not clear. Research leads run vanity programmes to improve own standing as well as wining and dining friends but no real value added to the organisation. Exceptionally poor staff management with very inexperienced leaders. Large staff turnover and people can just disappear over night.
