      Pros

      Flexible hours, very remote friendly

      Cons

      Poor management, low pay, poor treatment of customers, poor treatment of employees. Legalist has shown time and time again they don’t care about their employees or customers. Employees and entire departments are laid off often and usually with only a voicemail or an email as your only notice. Management doesn’t seem to take responsibility for the mistakes they make and employees pay the consequences.

      Pros

      I have been employed at Legalist for a few years now and it has been a great experience. I have learned a lot from my coworkers and the management team. They provide competitive compensation packages that includes a lot of extras but the best part are the people itself!

      Cons

      I have been working from home for the past years. I appreciate the flexibility of remote work, but I have found it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
