Pros

The type of work, it's not a complicated difficult job at all.

Cons

Management. HR. If you can just do not apply here, they use the "point system" meaning if your kid is sick and it's really an emergency you can't go you need to stay unless you want to take 1 point for the day. Sick day? Oh yes you do get them but you will also get pointed for calling in sick which makes no sense because the company provides you with 2 sick days but they do not tell you that you will be penalized for it. You might think it's not a lot, but when you reach 8 points by coming in 1 second late, there's no one who can help your case, they will work your butt and at the end of the day literally of the day you will get fired. You can be the best employee that they have in comparison with the other 10+ lazy employees that do nothing but spend their time in the washroom and getting free money, they will choose them over you. They tell you at the beginning that if you ever reach 8 points they will review your case and take some points off for making sense situations like weather related which were probably half my points for but at the end they do not value you as a worker and btw management? Yeah once your working in this place you will see all the racism and it's ironic because of the ethnicity that management is.

Good Co-drivers that help others out

Cons

Top management toxic blames all lower employees for his faults or mistakes. Dispatch turnover for 1 year is 100%. Driver turnover 90% for 1 year.
